Yeah. I know viruses are a more pressing matter, but there’s been SO much talking about them and we already established that it’s only the planet defending itself by a pest that’s doing it harm (us! ).

I think the threat from AI will be more mundane and subtle, such as using AI to predict crime based on biased human inputs or using AI for critical national security tasks. Hell, a rogue AI could easily wipe out wall street for an even more mundane destruction of our way of life.
